New Covenant Advisors LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 20, 2026 • Last Updated: October 2026

New Covenant Advisors LLC (doing business as "New Covenant Advisors", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through our website, scheduling tools, and communications.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website as served on home.newcornerstone.cc and to our primary website at newcovenantadvisors.com (collectively, the "Site"), as well as to inquiries you send us by email, phone, or our contact forms. It describes the types of information we collect, how we use it, the limited circumstances under which it may be shared, your rights regarding your data, and our specific privacy practices regarding cookies and SMS text messaging.

SMS / Text Messaging Privacy & Non-Sharing Commitment

“No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.”

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are strictly excluded from all general sharing provisions, affiliate disclosures, or third-party marketing agreements. We will never sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent records with third parties for marketing purposes.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out our contact form, request a consultation, book an appointment, or contact us directly by email or phone.

  • Contact Details: First name, last name, email address, optional company name, and optional mobile telephone number.
  • Inquiry Information: Brief messages, business stage, or general notes describing the executive advisory or consulting assistance you seek. We do not request or collect bank account details, credit card numbers, Social Security Numbers, or sensitive confidential documents through our public forms.
  • Communication Preferences: Explicit, separate, unchecked records of your consent to receive transactional/informational SMS or promotional SMS, including submission timestamps, source URL, and disclosure text versions.
  • Technical & Usage Data: Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, referring pages, and operating system, used solely for site diagnostics and security.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We have reviewed the actual operation of this Site to describe our use of cookies and tracking technologies accurately. Our practices are as follows:

  • First-party cookies. This Site does not set any first-party cookies through our own application code. We do not use login session cookies, shopping-cart cookies, or preference cookies, because the Site does not require an account to browse pages or to submit the contact form.
  • Browser storage. Our application code does not write to browser local storage or session storage. No data is stored on your device by our Site for personalization or tracking purposes.
  • Analytics and advertising. We do not deploy web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar tag managers), advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking tags on this Site. No marketing or advertising tracking technology collects data about your activity here.
  • Embedded third-party tools. This Site does not embed third-party widgets or content in inline frames (iframes). Appointment scheduling is handled through a link that opens our scheduling provider in a separate browser tab. That provider is an independent website; any cookies it sets operate under its own domain and its own privacy practices, not ours, and we do not control them. We cannot verify that third party's cookie behavior and recommend reviewing its privacy policy directly.
  • Web fonts. The Site loads its display fonts through a stylesheet link. The font provider may set cookies when the stylesheet is requested. We do not control that provider's cookies; this is the only third-party resource the Site itself requests.
  • Server logs. As noted in Section 1, our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring page). These are used for security and diagnostics only and are not used to build a personal profile for marketing.

Managing Cookies in Your Browser

Because the Site does not depend on cookies to function, you may block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to its core features — browsing the site, reading our content, and submitting the contact form all continue to work with cookies disabled. You can manage cookies through your browser's privacy or site-data settings, where you can block all cookies, clear stored cookies, or set per-site exceptions. If you disable cookies, the only effect is that the third-party font provider (and the separate scheduling provider, if you click through to it) may behave according to their own settings; our Site itself will still operate normally.

We have described only the technologies we can verify on this Site. If you become aware of any tracking behavior not described here, or if additional third-party tools are later added, please contact Marty Dunn at the details in Section 8 so we can update this policy. Third-party behavior on linked sites (such as the scheduling provider) cannot be verified by us and is outside this policy's scope.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly for legitimate business purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries and consultation requests.
  • To schedule, confirm, remind, and manage introductory consultations and executive meetings.
  • To provide fractional executive leadership, consulting, advisory, and coaching services if an engagement is established.
  • To send transactional text messages (consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notifications) only if you specifically opted in to transactional SMS.
  • To send occasional leadership insights, service updates, or educational information only if you specifically opted in to promotional SMS.
  • To maintain security and prevent unauthorized access or abuse.

4. Service Providers & Subcontractors

We may disclose information to trusted technical subcontractors and service providers who assist us in operating our website, hosting our database, conducting our business, or communicating with you (such as calendar scheduling software, web hosting, email delivery, and telecommunication carriers).

These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these support services to us. As emphasized above, under no circumstances is mobile phone opt-in or SMS consent shared with any third party for promotional or marketing use.

5. SMS Opt-Out (STOP) and Support (HELP)

If you have enrolled in SMS text messages from New Covenant Advisors LLC, you may cancel or seek assistance at any time:

  • Opting Out: Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message received from us. You will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out, after which no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
  • Getting Help: Reply HELP to any text message, or contact us directly at marty@newcovenant.io or 484-431-4344.
  • Rates & Conditions: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or engagement.

6. Data Retention & Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, or alteration. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

7. Your Rights & Data Requests

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, or ask that we delete your details from our active records. To make any request regarding your personal data, please contact Marty Dunn directly at the contact details below.
